This page describes how to request deletion of any personal data Wryko, LLC ("Wryko") holds about you. Wryko complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Meta Platform Terms for data originating from Facebook, Instagram, or the Meta Marketing API.
You can submit a deletion request using the form below, or by emailing privacy@wryko.com from the address associated with your account.
Depending on how you've interacted with Wryko, we may hold one or more of the following categories of data:
Account Data
Full name, email address, and company nameHashed authentication credentialsAccount creation date and last-login timestamps
Platform Usage Data
Dashboard session activityCampaign and integration configurationPreferences and notification settings
Billing Data
Subscription plan and billing status (payment details are held by Stripe)Invoice history

You have two options:
Option A — Submit the form below
Enter the email address associated with your Wryko account and a short reason for the request. We'll email you a confirmation link (double opt-in) to verify you own the address. Once confirmed, we begin processing the deletion.
Option B — Email us directly
Send an email to privacy@wryko.com from the address associated with your account. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. For requests under GDPR, you may also contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@wryko.com.
Option C — Meta-initiated deletion
If you reached Wryko through Facebook Login and revoke access from your Facebook settings, Meta sends an automated deletion notice directly to Wryko. You do not need to take any additional action — we process these within the same SLA as form requests.
Step 1 — Confirmation (within 24 hours)
After you submit a request, we send a confirmation email with a one-time link. This verifies you own the address and prevents unauthorized deletion requests.
Step 2 — Review (within 5 business days)
We locate all systems that hold your data (primary database, backups, analytics, connected-platform caches) and confirm the deletion scope with you if the request is ambiguous.
Step 3 — Deletion (within 30 days of confirmation)
We delete your personal data from active systems and schedule removal from encrypted backups as they cycle out (typically within 90 days). Certain records may be retained to comply with legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention, ongoing legal proceedings) — we'll tell you explicitly if this applies.
Step 4 — Completion notice
You'll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. For Meta-initiated requests, we also return a confirmation code Meta can use to verify completion on their end.
**GDPR SLA:** 30 days (extendable to 60 with notice).
**CCPA SLA:** 45 days (extendable to 90 with notice).
Some records must be retained by law or to protect Wryko and third parties:
Completed transaction records — 7 years (IRS and state tax requirements)Anti-fraud and security logs — 2 years (regulatory obligation)Data subject to an active legal hold, subpoena, or law-enforcement requestAnonymized analytics data that no longer identifies you
We'll always tell you explicitly which categories are being retained and why, and will still delete everything that is not subject to a legal retention obligation.
In addition to deletion, you have the right to:
**Access** — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, in a portable format**Correction** — request that inaccurate data be corrected**Restriction** — request that we limit how we process your data**Objection** — object to processing for direct marketing**Withdraw consent** — where we rely on consent, revoke it at any time**Lodge a complaint** — with your local supervisory authority (for EU/EEA residents) or the California Attorney General (for California residents)
